Fees
- In regard to requests for disclosure of personal data and purpose of use, if written disclosure is requested, the Company charges a fee for the actual cost of sending the requested document by certified mail. - In regard to requests for electronic disclosure of personal data, the Company does not charge any fees as long as a disclosure method supported by the Company is used.
- The Company does not charge any fees for requests for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal data.
- If disclosure by the desired method is extremely expensive or if disclosure by that method is difficult, the Company provides written disclosure after receiving the fees listed above.
